This article discusses the great scientist of Kazakhstan, Sheikh ul-Islam of Ala al-din Abu                   al-Hasan Ali Ibn Muhammad al-Abigaba (535/1141 g.) b.) the life and works of. In addition, he described his writings of “Sharh Muhammad at-Tahawi” based on a recent dissertation. It should be noted the main work of the scientist “Sharh Mukhtasar al-Tauhid” who glorified his name and undoubtedly causes no doubts in the scientific world. This work is devoted to the explanation of the fundamental work of the Egyptian scholar Abu Jafar from Tahawi (238.852-321.933) Muhtasar at Tahawi in the field of applied Islamic law. Manuscripts of this work are still preserved in many libraries of the world. The scientist managed to explain his explanation so deeply and skillfully focusing the attention of the most demanding reader. Advantages of “Sharh Mukhtasar al-Tauhid” are clarity of presentation of thought and mastery of the presentation of the material. The book maintains the sequence of presentation.
