Thus, the Internet space has become a convenient platform for various kinds of manipulations: political, social, religious, etc. Today, everything that happens in the country and in the world resonates in the media space and affects the socio-psychological climate of the world community. Proselytism, appeals in social networks and on various media resources have also become a new reality. So, some destructive organizations are using the Internet space to recruit new adherents. To this end, a wide range of content has been prepared for different target groups. In this regard, it became necessary to create counter-actions against such destabilization. Many countries, including Kazakhstan, have begun to develop plans to block illegal content. Ensuring digital security in the Internet space has become one of the key areas of state security.
