Eurasian Journal of Religious Studies

Eurasian Journal of Religious Studies (EJRS) was founded in 2015. The journal is established and published by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

EJRS is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal publishing significant research in Religious Studies and Islamic Studies. It serves as a global platform for researchers, academicians, and professionals to share their scientific findings, discuss ideas and experiences, and exchange research results in religious studies and Islamic studies with both local and international scientists.

The journal is published periodically 4 times a year.

Eurasian Journal of Religious Studies (EJRS) publishes original research articles and review papers in religious studies and Islamic studies, encompassing theoretical, methodological, and empirical research on religious traditions, contemporary religious phenomena, and religion-society relations in their social, cultural, and political contexts, and operating in accordance with international editorial standards, publication ethics, and rigorous peer-review practices to ensure the quality, accessibility, and visibility of published research.
