Methodological foundations and approaches to research sacral places of Kazakhstan

Abstract

This article analyzes the features of the transition from the Soviet atheistic approach to religious holiness to the holy places of Kazakhstan. We will cite the sacred places of Kazakhstan in a single system, as they have not been systematized to this day. Of course, modern understanding of past history, attempts to understand the sacred places of Kazakhstan is one of the most pressing problems in our country today. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to systematize sacred places found on the territory of Kazakhstan, strengthen the foundations of national identity, modernize our national code, study our sacred places and cultures. The reason for this is the President’s article “Looking into the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness.” Only by studying sacred places can we revitalize our culture, our consciousnesses, our society. And if we reach the top, and our people become spiritually rich, only then is there an opportunity to enter the top thirty of the developed countries of the world. Therefore, the approaches and methodological bases for studying the sacred places of Kazakhstan are one of the problems facing Kazakhstan today. A lot of work has been done in this regard. Details of this work are written in the main part of the article.
