Abstract

In a secular state, secular and traditional religious values contribute to the formation in the worldview of young people of secular cultural attitudes, humanistic and spiritual and moral foundations. The training of highly educated specialists in the field of regulation of state-religious relations, specialists able to apply their knowledge is the imperative of the times. Great is the role of spiritual revival in the training of civil servants, with a high national consciousness, able to harmoniously combine both secular and spiritual and religious values.
