The article considers the formation of spiritual values in the younger generation according to Abay’s works. Abay’s works, his wise thoughts in the «Words of edification» give a lot to the younger generation, and in every word are the depths of rich manifestations of spiritual values, as well as the virtues of spirituality. The world of Abay is the truth and spirit of the modern world, the basis, the quintessence of educational work. The heart of the great, profound, genial Abay beat for the sake of his people, his civic appeal in «Words of edification» and valuable works became a firm slogan for an independent country, striving to implement the concept of «Ma’n’gilik El» in the 21st century. Spiritual insight, spiritual values are like the fruits of the highest point of the blossom of human thought. The world of Abay is an inexhaustible source. If we succeed in planting this precious heritage to the younger generation, we can assume that we are able to give it the whole world of Abay. Justice is a concept that is at the top of the line among the indicators of humanity. Therefore, it is our duty to transfer to the younger generation the spiritual values reflected in the «Words of edification» of Abay and in his other famous works, including poetic ones.
