Abstract

The article is devoted to public interest in religion which makes scientific thought increasingly turn to phenomenon, which called religious faith. During its existence, the different religions of the world have accumulated vast experience of active influence on the psyche of the faithful. They have used and use in their religious practice many people’s needs, especially their need for communication, compassion, consolation. Solemnity, extraordinary situation which proceeds service or prayer meeting hasthe big impact on the religious consciousness of believers. Thus, the psychological impact on the adherents of a religion is a hot topic today.
