The Phenomenon of Religiosity in Kazakh Society: Religious Requests in a Secular State

Theoretically, in a secular state, the state is considered neutral from religion, religion from the state. According to the law, every citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan is fully granted freedom of religion. Ethnic, religious is also prohibited. The purpose of this article is to identify the phenomenon of religion in Kazakhstan and a broad analysis of the concept of "secular" based on research works by various scientists. In addition, to comprehensively differentiate the consequences of the movement of the problem of religion in secular states and non-secular States. Research methodology-the scientific article widely uses the method of comparative studies as the main method as a result of the analysis of concepts and hypotheses about the concept of "secularization" by many well-known scientists and researchers who have conducted valuable research. The research discusses the opinions and research works of scientists who have comprehensively studied the concept of "secularization". At the same time, there is clear evidence that the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev, is a state capable o f strengthening national dialogue on religious policy, and is a supporter of the concept of a "hearing state". According to a study by the Russian State University "Scientific Research and Analytical Center on Religion" of the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sociological science has a typology developed on the basis of various foundations of secular and non-secular states.
