Abstract

Islamic political thought has a rich heritage important for understanding contemporary political dynamics and cultural sensitivities in the Muslim world. This research paper highlights the concept of politics of Abu Hanifa, known as the founder of the Hanafi school of jurisprudence and one of the most influential Islamic scholars of the ninth century. The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the main trends and ideas of Abu Hanifa's political thought and to assess their significance in the context of contemporary political practice and Islamic theology. The research process uses a comprehensive approach that includes analyzing and interpreting sources such as the writings of Abu Hanifa himself, his students and followers. Special attention is paid to the main principles and concepts developed by Abu Hanifa in the field of political philosophy and law and their role in the formation of Islamic political theory. The results of the study allow us to deepen our understanding of Islamic political thought and examine it in light of contemporary challenges and trends. By analyzing Abu Hanifa's political views, we identify key principles such as justice, cooperation, and governance that may be important for developing contemporary political strategies and solutions in the Muslim world. As a result, this study not only expands our knowledge and understanding of Islamic political philosophy, but also offers practical recommendations for policy makers, community leaders, and academicians who are interested in the development and modernization of Muslim societies. This study can also serve as a basis for further research on Islamic political thought and its impact on the modern world.
